Refund policy

We built Selavra to work with your body's own energy — not just on the wrist, not just at the throat, but from the inside out. So we don't ask you to take our word for it — we give you 30 full days to let your body prove it.

Wear it. Be consistent. Give it the real trial it deserves — every morning, against your skin, every day, for the full 30 days. Whether you chose the necklace or the bracelet, the commitment is the same.

If you don't feel a shift — in how he looks at you, how he reaches for you, how the energy between you changes — contact us and we'll refund every cent. No hoops. No "did you wear it correctly." No runaround.

And if your first order isn't the right piece for you: we'll make it right.


THE FINE PRINT (written straight):

1. The 30-Day Signal Test™ Your 30 days begins the date your order is delivered. Wear your Selavra piece daily as directed — necklace at the throat, bracelet on the left wrist — every morning without exception. Give it a real trial, not three days. If after 30 days Selavra hasn't delivered, email us at support@selavra.com with your order number and we'll process your refund. Simple.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be purchased directly through selavra.com
  • Refund request must be submitted within the 30-day window
  • Provide your order number and the email used at checkout
  • We may ask a brief question about your experience to improve the product
  • We reserve the right to decline requests where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected

3. Returns We may ask you to return your piece before processing your refund. If so, we'll send you the return address directly — do not ship to the address on the original package. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Use a trackable method — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Wrong or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.

5. What Isn't Covered

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items not purchased directly from selavra.com
  • Digital products once delivered (such as the free ritual guide)
  • Free bonus items included in a bundle may need to be returned for a full refund to be issued

6. Order Cancellations We process orders fast. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at support@selavra.com. If your order has already shipped, it falls under this return policy instead.

7. Refund Processing Once approved, allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

8. Chargebacks If a chargeback is filed while a refund is already being processed, we'll pause the refund until it's resolved. We reserve the right to decline future orders in cases of repeated abuse or fraudulent activity.
